Spenser has worked across four continents, with experience in the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She has led projects ranging from tackling modern slavery and forced labor in global supply chains to providing access to justice in Somaliland. She is a human rights and development professional with technical and strategic expertise in human rights, workers’ rights, democracy, and empowerment. Spenser holds an MSc in Political Science from Uppsala University and BAs in International Affairs and Communication Studies from the University of Georgia.
