Leanne Melnyk is Head of Impact & Partnerships at Quizrr, a Swedish EdTech company that seeks to address power imbalances in global supply chains through scalable education of workers and management. She has a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario with a specialization in Labour Law and a post-graduate certificate in sustainable value chains from Cambridge University. She spent close to a decade at the International Labor Organization in Geneva as a policy expert in the FUNDAMENTALS department and the Better Work Programme. Leanne was also Vice-President of Sustainability at the Fung Group in Hong Kong where she led the audit, assurance and remediation team.
She has authored several publications related to due diligence and decent work in global supply chains, including the OECD Business Handbook on Due Diligence in the Cocoa Sector with a focus on Child Labour and Forced Labour.
