Kaleb Joined Roots in 2016, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law. Before joining Roots, Kaleb served as a director of legal at Walmart Canada focused on retail-based commercial and competition law. He was previously in private practice at the law firms White & Case LLP in New York and Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto. Kaleb holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario and J.D. form the Cornell Law School.
At Roots, Kaleb leads a department that includes sustainability integration and reporting, quality assurance, compliance, corporate governance and general counsel. He serves as a member of the Executive Team, chairs the Operating Council and is a member of the Diversity Equity Equality and Inclusion Committee and the Disclosure Committee.
