Jonathan is the Head of ESG Strategy at Gap Inc., where he is responsible for the company’s ESG Strategy, Reporting & Disclosures, and Systems. He is currently leading a strategy process to align all Gap Inc. ESG activities to its long-term priorities and public commitments. Prior to joining Gap Inc., Jonathan was at McKinsey and Company where he served clients across industries helping them to develop their ESG strategies with a focus on energy and climate. While at McKinsey he led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusions efforts for McKinsey’s West Coast Office including Recruiting, Mentoring, Retention of LatinX and Black colleagues. Jonathan has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. Political Science from Yale University.
