As a Sustainability Operations Lead at lululemon, Jessica is responsible for creating and implementing lululemon’s circularity work, focused on materials and end of life for product, packaging, and other key material streams for the organization. Since joining in 2016, she has implemented large-scale cross-functional initiatives such as lululemon’s product end of life program and sustainable packaging policy. Before joining lululemon, Jessica consulted with small and medium enterprises to develop, implement and communicate their sustainability strategies.
