Hendrik Alpen is heading the H&M Group’s global Sustainability Engagement team from the company’s Head office in Stockholm, Sweden. His team’s responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, sustainability reporting, investor relations, public affairs and transparency strategies and projects. During 19 years at the H&M Group, he worked in various positions in Sweden, Germany and Bangladesh.
