Wes Baker co-founded Debrand Service Inc. in 2008, and currently sits as Director of Operations. Wes graduated from the Faculty of Business at the University of Victoria in 2003 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Entrepreneurship.
As a Co-Founder of Debrand, Wes’ role is not only to develop long-term strategic plans, he is responsible for actioning systems and processes that translate strategic vision into daily operations. His systematic approach, combined with unique creative thinking, facilitates these objectives. Wes’ ability to expedite strategies from idea, through process, to result is what defines him in his role at Debrand and leadership with ReitenRight Equestrian.
